This Nike Kobe 11 pays tribute to the recent retirement of Kobe Bryant. Dubbed the Nike Kobe 11 Elite GCR (Great Career Recall), the shoe s bound to get lot’s of love for the simple fact that it comes with a classic Black and Metallic Gold colorway.
The shoe starts off with a Black Flyknit upper that ends up taking care of the entire base of the shoe. The Black is contrasted by the Metallic Gold hits placed on the branding throughout the shoe. A stamped commemorative seal on the pull-tab gives the shoe a nice added touch, while the all-White sole unit provides the shoe with some sharp-looking contrast. It is also being reported that the shoe will come with a booklet that has a list of special moments from Kobe’s NBA career. The shoe is currently available at select overseas Nike retailers.
